Brick Manor

CRESSKILL, NJ

When this Cresskill couple came to us after several false starts with other designers, they were ready for a fresh perspective and a little faith restored in the process. We quickly discovered a disconnect between the home’s grand architecture and the couple’s grounded, easygoing nature. Our goal was to bridge that gap—bringing warmth, texture, and personality to their stately brick manor, without leaning too far into glam. The front door opens to a marble checkerboard floor, replacing the dated beige tile, while tactile wallpapers, plush rugs, and vintage art softened every corner. The result is a home that finally feels like them: gracious, timeless, and beautifully livable.
